Notes to myself:
А pattern: 1:52 (fifth time, play E - B - E)
B pattern: 3:50 (fifth time, stay on E - A - E, instead of E - B - E as in the pattern A)
C pattern: 5:45 (starting with F, at fifth time play F - A - E - A)
D pattern: 7:22 (lower A at the begg. , and fifth time E - A - E as at the pattern A)

Ludovicos own version as well as a few covers here on YT, accent the E in the beginning so softly so it almost sound like its not being played... I cant fathom how to land the thumb so softly on E and the proceed to a more pronounced B 😬

This is an amazing song but I couldn't find anyone to teach it in a way that I understood until I came across your video. I like your notes feature is there a way you can make a printable file of that so I don't have to play my piano with my laptop on my legs? Thanks! Keep it up!
Hey David, I can't just send you the notes, you're gonna have to buy them. Einaudi released his notes, you just gotta look it up online.
new to piano ... this doesnt work that good on a keyboard which isnt touch sensitive right ? because it does feel different

+abdelrahman abuelnaga Well I play all of it with the sustain pedal so it doesn't really make a difference. If you want to play it without any sustain, I would say yes, hold the A down what ever you're playing with the left hand until und have to play the note again.

Hi Michael. I have gone through all your 7 tutorial videos for this song. and learnt it. Now I'm listening to the original song, to get the dynamics part better. When I listen to the original, it seems that In the initial notes A (E) A', E is not played at all? Please help me figure this out..
Just play it the way you want Kumar, it doesn't matter. I think in the original "Una Mattina" it's just 2 notes. In the extended movie version it's A E A but I'm not sure.
Thanks Michael. Was a little confused whether the E is to be played as a ghost note, or not played at all. I guess that's not so very important, other than maybe playing the E makes it easier to keep oneself in time. Will go with either..
