You could complete 3rd quest opening eggs in event area in hc, idk if it still works but I couldn't finish at 1st try as I have no throne room unlocked in cat kingdom, so I goes with 2 missing eggs to event eggs and started hatching which somehow let me finish quest without waiting for another Easter eggs hunt ;)
