She speaks about lower middle class and middle class affordable housing and then pricing is as cheap as 1.4 CR to 1.7CR. I know this area- price is exagerrated- one should be able to get 160 sq yards villa at not more than 1.2 cr.. For villas with 130 sq yards- investing anyting 1 cr above is useless in brahmanapally

I went to this place they are charging 7400 sqft u can calculate based on 150 160 180 200 i got quotation for 160 it's around 1.6 cr very crazy that no municipal water for this project
