I wouldn't say a food processor is the best way to grind meat for burgers. Try using an actual meat grinder or if you have a Kitchenaid stand mixer, they have a grinder attachment for it.

Bert....just because a place is charging $23 for a burger doesn't mean it's good. Season your burgers when you put them on the grill, that's how any grill master will tell you to do it. You want the seasoning to cook into the burger. I worked at a Umami burger (a place that charges $19 for a burger) and we would season it in the mixing bowl before we even put it on the grill or flat top so the patty was seasoned all the way through. That's the real trick.
