Is it just me, or do playstation exclusives just look way beter than xbox exclusives? Not as in they're better games (even though I personally think they are), but the graphics are just fantastic. God of War III came out in 2010 and that is probably the best looking game I've ever seen.
I think it's any AAA console exclusive in general that looks incredible. While third party games, (while still great) often have decent graphics at best.
i've never played any uncharted games before and i didnt know why it's so famous ? played it for a few minutes in a shoping center and i found it amazing !
If you want to get a quick glimpse of the multiplayer there is a free to play multiplayer only game on the PSN store. But I suggest you buy the full game for the story alone.
@chaunceyjoejoe for someone new to Uncharted, it would take about 10 hours to pass the story, but there is a lot of replay value, collectible treasures, online multiplayer and co op, all that stuff, it would take time to complete this 100%

Uncharted 3 = Fukn epic game, I praise the creators of this game and can only imagine their future projects. This game is better than 1 and 2 and those games were crazy good. My favorites now uncharted 3, batman arkum city, rayman origins, cod 3, bf 3, Mkombat 9, ultimate mvc 3, king of fighters 13 i got dark souls but its hard to get into cause you constantly die and progression is so slow, some people dig it and it is a good game but very hard and you need lots of time for it.
@Husapi The PS3 version of MW3 alone sold more than Uncharted. That's pretty sad that ONE version of a multi-platform game outsold an exclusive on that console. They're both games, they can easily be compared.
@Papzyr No not really. You'll understand the characters if you play the other games but each game has its own unique story to it. You should get it and just look up the story of the other games if you are interested in them and not just the game. Hope this helped.
@MsCoolKid247 You do realize that 1) its gameplay is much more derived from Gears of War and Naughty Dog's own Uncharted series and 2) its story themes are more derived from action/adventure movies, the same source of inspiration for Tomb Raider as well?
After playing this through it's interesting to see the deliberate changes used for the E3 promotion! Easily one of the best sections of the game, it's awesome, every PS3 owner should get this and the second one if you've not already.

I think it's intresting that PC's can have much much higher hardware than a PS3 but games of this standard are exclusive to console. Battlefield, Call of Duty, etc they're all the same, Uncharted is a genre in itself.Playing this game was great, the best game i've played in years.
I just think it's funny how there is still a bunch of people complaining about how the 2nd was better, and this couldn't live up to it. This one was a complete upgrade in my opinion, the story was so much better and just as interesting. Graphics are way better, shooting is tighter and more fun, so is the melee combat. It isn't a perfect game but it's an amazing one. Most people hate because they aren't a fan of the franchise, if you see this game how us fans see it, you would enjoy it more.

A lot of cut scenes for a gameplay trailer, makes it look almost like a rail shooter. Well at least that means there's a lot of beer sipping opportunities after every little action.
Uncharted 3 is such an amazing game.. its not so much the awesome gameplay.. the epic action events.. or even the really good graphics... its the fucking story man.. thats what draws you in and has you playing without stop.. you always want to find out more! it was the same with the first two games. THE STORY is beyond epic.
The difference from what you see here and from what I played was that I alarmed the guards and got crapped on for thirty minutes because I couldn't beat all the waves of enemies jumping in. I swear the game played like a black and white movie because of all the times I was bleeding out in this area.
If only using stealth at that part was that easy. Every time I play this level I try to use stealth on that part but I only manage to kill two guys before I'm seen
Yeah many people still play online, heck many people still play U2. Its a very fun game especially when you play with friends the only problem the lobbies are filled with rank 75's the highest rank with five prestige levels, but not all of them are pro's so if you're rank 40 and you're really good you can beat anybody good luck :)
I have both and enjoy both. Personally I like the PS3 more because I grew up with the PS1 and PS2 and I just love the exclusives. However I do play plenty of games on xbox too and enjoy playing online games with cousins and friends. I just enjoy playing games I don't care which is better

@CaptainP00face That's what I was thinking. Just finished the real thing, and was thinking, man, this is a lot different. Honestly, I would have preferred the demo version. Not all difficulty is good. The levels are too linear to be throwing shotgun tanks, grenade launchers, and snipers up against you all at once. The level after the cruise ship with Elena was much better handled.
I honestly believe the little details is what makes this series so damn special... Drake walking up/down stairs, the way you walks nears walls using his hands,and just the way he walks makes it so believable

@jerste IMO this has the best bits of both U1 and U2. Good gunfights. Good puzzles. Awesome set pieces. Even better multiplayer. Better graphics, etc.

due to fiancial troubles i had to get rid of my ps3, seeing this brings back memories of the first game.
I bought Uncharted 3, and I did NOT take an arrow to the knee. I got the game of the year.

i have a ps3 only.and my fav games on it are uncharted 3, metal gear solid 4, and grand theft auto
This is different in the game. There are more people in the casino room and I'm fairly certain it's not possible to do it stealthily.
