डाॅक्टर, नमस्ते. माझे वय साठ आहे. मला एका पायाच्या पोटरी मधे अचानक दुखतं. गुढघे पण दुखतात. मी आॅर्थो सर्जन कडे गेलेली पण फक्त पेनकिलर देतात. मला वेरिकोज व्हेन्स वगैरे काही नाही. व कुठलेही व्यसन, डायबेटिस, ब्लडप्रेशर वगैरे नाही. कधी कधी अचानक हातापायाच्या नसा ताठरतात व दुखतात. मी मुंबईला राहते. प्लिज सांगा मला कोणत्या स्पेशालिस्टकडे जायला हवं. मी स्ट्रेचिंग एक्सरसाईझ पण रेग्युलर करते. कळत नाही आॅर्थोपेडिक स्पेशालिस्ट कडे जावं की वेस्कुलर स्पेशालिस्ट कडे जावं. प्लिज सांगा. धन्यवाद!
