I love your 10 cards in 20 minutes. I make about 10-20 cards every week for my church to encourage our members. It helps so much to get some of these kind of ideas.
Love this 10-cards in 20-minutes. I usually do a minimum of 120 Christmas cards a year, and I have an assembly line system, but this card idea looks so good I’m gonna have to try it out next year! So awesome! I may even prepare them this year, for next year’s cards! Thanks so much for sharing this simple technique! May your holidays be fantastic!!!
@@marciaanderson1835 I count how many cards I need from my updated address book, usually about 120. Then, I decide what card design to make, cut everything needed for the card panel and card base, and start the assy-line process. It’s a lot easier than it sounds. Gina K “Master Layouts 1 or Master Layouts 2” dies are excellent at cutting the exact measurements every single time. But because every card is exactly the same it sure makes life so much easier for me to put together. The inside of the cards I use copy paper adding my own personal greeting usually printed out 60 times cut in two halves to fit glued into 120 A2 cards (book style), and then I hand write the names of everyone, adding our signatures to make it even more personal. Hope this helps…. For me, the hardest part of the process is deciding which design to use (I almost always have at least 5-card designs to choose from). Everything else is assy-line work including the envelope. I usually start just after Thanksgiving and usually by the beginning of December, they are ALL mailed out. Enjoy!
I’m so glad you mentioned using a stamping tool, it’s a game changer for me as it saves me not only time but also cardstock. Thanks for sharing your creativity!
Hello. This is my first 10 in 20 cards video and cannot believe how fast and easy it is. I am wanting to get started making cards as it is hard to get to the store all the time being a caregiver for my husband who has many health problems at this time. Will be checking out some of your other videos. Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
I usually make 100 cards for the holidays. It's nice to know that my process isn't too different from yours! However, I did learn a new trick about laying out all of the card fronts and putting the stampin dimensionals all on at once. That is much quicker. Thank you!
Thank You!! I'm so excited to send these to my customers. I'm so grateful for all the love and support they've given me. A fun way to give back!! Thanks for joining me tonight. Happy Thanksgiving!!
