Hmmm... going to a trainer to level up their skills or train them on the training island works, but if it is coats or breeds you are referring to, there is sometimes very interesting horses that sells in the market stalls around the world for coins and some very cool ones you can catch in the wild, you can also try to breed interesting coats ♥ Hope this helps ♥
