Oh my gosh, I love this song so much. I'm getting flashbacks to the glory days of this being one of constantly used fanvideo songs in 2007. This is such a beautiful video with so much well timed fight choreography.
It was cancelled because of power strugle between the creator Joss Whedon and the network Warner Bros. The series was already certain to be renewed for a sixth season but because of this strugle it got cancelled

(SPOILERS AHEAD) Example: Spike: Why am I always reconnaissance? I should get a decently flashy job, like save the girl or steal the emerald. Or save the emerald with the girl. Angel: Handsome man saved me from the monsters... Spike: Or that... wait, what... Angel: That's the first thing Fred said to me in Pylea. She was trapped hiding, afraid... nearly crazy - okay, she was crazy, but she was brave. I should have never let her come here. Bad things always happen here. I teared up just digging up the dialogue. Incredible. I think Angel was a forerunner for what Sens8 became. This huge array of heroic but lively and fleshed-out characters that you could feel for and with. Each flawed, in need of help, but unambiguously heroic. A pantheon in micro. A family you wish was yours. And of course shout-out to Buffy and the Scoobies for building the track and the world!
"If nothing we do matters, then all that matters is what we do." If the rest of the show was utterly horrible tripe, that line delivered from David would've redeemed ATS in its entirely and the SPOILERS rape scene SPOILERS from BTVS. As it is, only ATS season four needs to be burned and re-written.

I mean...you can actually create all these parallels without meticulously planning them all out before hand?! You are a GENIUS! I never ever want to hear you question yourself again! Seriously!! Wow!!! I feel like this is the sister video to your Buffy"Move Your Body" video. It flows just like that one did!! I was excited when I read the title, because this is such a great song! And I adore the way you can take something that seems like just a romance/couple song and turn it into a cast video. You give it even more meaning than it already had! You did that with The Chain too, and that is one of my faves as well. Gosh I don't even have one thing specifically to point out because this just transitions so well! THE FLOW!!! Gah...this video is so fluid. I'm so in awe of you!! Oh and even though the editing is fast, you still managed to make this very heartfelt and emotional. Especially the "try to do it right this time around" lines!! That sums the redemption aspect of this show up so well! And with the conversations you and I have been having, it is great to watch a video about THE redemption show. I'm so glad you liked this! And yeah Faith isn't my fav but I actually enjoy her Angel episodes better than her Btvs ones, they stress me out less lol? So I do try to include her in cast vids. And I like her stuff with Wes in season 4 :)

Her downfall was on Buffy, her catharsis was on Angel. ;) That's a really good way to put it, some of her episodes on Buffy do stress you out because you know what's gonna happen is gonna SUCK lol. Still, you're so sweet to put her in even though she's not your fav. I find her watcher/slayer relationship with Wesley very interesting, so I enjoy their scenes. But this whole video was epic! It had that BIG Hollywood movie vibe and I LOVED IT. One of your best Angel videos IMO. APPLAUSE.

Wow sorry this comment is literally a year old but I must have missed the notification :/ My answer probably isn't even relevant anymore but I actually don't have Angel in HD. I don't think it's available in HD like Buffy is. I just sharpen the clips up a lot to make it look nice.
