Outlast Trials with Outlast 1 and 2 Chase Music

i'm thinking the Trials original ost (by Tom Salta) is actually way more fitting as is. OL1 and OL2 themes were def very scary, but scary in a different way that seems appropriate for those games exclusively
unfortunately i cannot dub the Trials chase themes over OL1 and OL2 gameplay, because those games do not have separate volume sliders for sfx and music. they are combined, and i think it'd be ugly if i just set the volume to 0 while playing Trials chase themes over silent gameplay. but maybe i will do it anyways

God... Tom did an awesome job with trials but man, do the chase music need to have IDENTITY and unique terror when it comes to certain enemies(ESPECIALLY PRIME ASSETS).

hm i kind of agree. it felt good to have iconic enemies matched by iconic music, and i want something where i can say "hey that's gooseberry's theme" or "that's the big grunt sneak ambience for sure"
but yes tom salta did perform in a great way still

They def need some good chase music to give players a bit of pressure game is fun but its anything but scary

Also the Ai has wallhacks and is in pity mode all the time which is kinda cringe

The cop guy is the 1 I feel like that had ruined outlast trials because it didn't fit very well with outlast and didn't feel scary with his design

yea Samuel LaFlamme is lying to me, i got the 1 year anniversary version he posted and its supposed to be official, but ik what u mean the real in-game version sounds different in many ways
