Yes. They can be co-Executors. They would have to work jointly. Also if your state allows, at the recorders office, you can fill out a form where when you pass away, the house would go to the heir named on the form. Adverse Possession needs a few more things to happen. First it must be for a set period of time, it can be as little as 5 years but as much as 40 years. The possessor must pay taxes for that period. In other words it must be possessed by the person attempting to take title as if that were their own. They also must be doing it in the open, not secretly. It is very easy to defeat adverse possession by simply letting them know they are doing it with permission.

However, sometimes when things are set up against you in such a way that you have to fight tooth and nail to keep it, it takes away from the quality of your life; especially in a place that is weaponized against you. Yes. They can be co-Executors. They would have to work jointly. Also if your state allows, at the recorders office, you can fill out a form where when you pass away, the house would go to the heir named on the form. The document would have to be recorded and filed with the county recorders office. You would need to pay to have it filed. I forgot the name of the form, but in Illinois this is what we have.

The word of God is the legal document when it comes to property/estate but unfortunately it will go over many heads.
Shalom...tell them/lender whether family or another to give you the money in what ever agreement just for that money. Then you do whatever you want to do with the money....pay taxes buy car or whatever!! Then they/lender will not be attached to the property just to the agreement made for the money...

Adverse Possession needs a few more things to happen. First it must be for a set period of time, it can be as little as 5 years but as much as 40 years. The possessor must pay taxes for that period. In other words it must be possessed by the person attempting to take title as if that were their own. They also must be doing it in the open, not secretly. It is very easy to defeat adverse possession by simply letting them know they are doing it with permission.
I been in my house over 17yr paying taxes and remodeled the house after my husband will it to me but I didn’t probate but no heirs has come forth to remove me nor retrieve the property as I am still livn here and now filing adverse claims cuz it’s rightfully mines according to the adverse law. How cn I gain title or get my money bck frm all tht I put into the property for upkeep? Is it fair to me as being the wife to this family being I’m black and they are white?

I hear what you're saying, and I appreciate it as well. However, sometimes when things are set up against you in such a way that you have to fight tooth and nail to keep it, it takes away from the quality of your life; especially in a place that is weaponized against you. While I would advise anyone in position and ability to act accordingly in the situations of adverse possession, I do understand that our people are so depleted of resources (in this land that is not ours) that they often can't do anything about or afford a lawyer to even actualize a sale of the land. It's unfortunate that we don't understand our economic and political status and positioning in America as American Descendants of Slavery (ADOS); but the laws of this land is stacked against us such that even if they didn't allow the sale, the ADOS owner still can't afford to live/cultivate the land anyway. It still shouldn't be taken from them without restitution; but what do you expect in the land of your enemies:

Agree, however there is in a mean time and you still need land to live on why pay to live on someone else's land that u still can barely afford. We just ha e to educate ourselves on how to handle assets such as land its better to sell it than loose it
@@yahusha4life I think you missed my point. It's not always about what you know. Sometimes it's just the evil American system doing wrong by you; and other times it has to do with lack of resources. So no matter how much you know, if you don't have the resources to take care of the property, then the evil government takes advantage. If it's just a matter of lack of knowledge, that can be easily solved, but if it's one of the reasons I mentioned above, then knowledge doesn't matter.
