1 tbsp coriander seeds
10 green cardamom
⅓ nutmeg
1 mace
12 green chillies
1 kg chicken
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chat masala
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1½ cup curd
1 cup oil ( 250-300 ml )
2 fried onions
1 cup sliced onion
whole spices ( cumin seeds, caraway seeds, black pepper, black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, bay leaves)
4 cup rice ( 800 g )
1 tsp caraway seeds

1 tbsp oil
½ lemon juice
coriander leaves
mint leaves
fried onions
green chillies
kewra water
desi ghee
