Token can rap, he's pretty damn good at it actually. His polished flow, multisyllabic rhyming ability, and lyrical prowess are all worthy of praise. Despite all that, I'm just not able to get into bro's music. And it's hard for me to pinpoint why exactly that is. It's definitely not due to a lack of skill. Vaguely, I think it's more of a style preference. Because I feel similarly about a lot of the rappers Token is often compared to, such as NF, Hopsin, Dax, Tech N9ne, etc. Not saying I dislike all their music across the board, because they've all made individual tracks that I enjoy. It's just that among the music I've heard there are a lot more misses than hits, regarding my personal tastes.
