Sounds like water in the plug holes causing a short, which in turn causes misfiring
Buy "Di-electric grease" and put that shit all over your spark plug ends and caps.
Sounds like water is getting down in there.
This is a likely guess, nothing more.
Source: I often work on my own bikes, and have a trade in the subject.
Could also be cracked spark plug wires. Take your bike apart and start it in the dark.
Shoot some misty water with a bottle and youll see if the wire is cracked and sparks are being shorted with moisture through the chassis ground.
Note: Make sure to do this IN THE DARK, very important.
That's what I figured would be an easy enough first step, got some in the toolbox and will definitely give that a shot

Bike don't have distributors, what you have is a pulse generator which provides the firing of the coil packs..
when did you last change your spark plugs?
What you need to do now it work you way back from the plugs, check the HT leads and then the coil packs them self...if it only happens in the rain, it likely you have a short to earth cause by water in the ignition system somewhere
Plugs were changed early 2017 when I installed the aftermarket fuel management for the exhaust, yeah I'm figuring water causing a fault
Sounds like one of your cylinders isn't firing, as it is only one missing I would guess each cylinder has its own coil pack built into the spark plug cap. Find faulty one, when missing they exhaust header for the faulty one will be a lot cooler, replace.
Almost certainly sounds like water ingress causing it dropping a cylinder on idle. First/easiest thing to check is spark plugs, coil packs and air box.
If not them, then it will get into the more difficult injectors and other possible electrical gremlins.

Sounds like water in Yr plugs. Maybe a slit in one of your HT leads that's shorting out.
Check your blinker fluid, it might be low. ;-)

Make sure your power commander is dry and moisture isn't getting in there since it now controls spark timing, that and everything else already mentioned. If your bike is like most nowdays each cyl has the coil(pack) built into the wire where it connects to the plug. The boot on it should make a good seal, but if not...
maybe a loose/corroded/bad plug wire? sounds like you're dropping a cylinder

No, there's a DEFINITIVE misfiring sound. One cylinder is getting cut-off at low RPMs due to moisture somehow.
I suspect spark arcing to the chassis ground.
Yeah the throttle bogs down totally on initial get go, its very noticeable then lurches with power when it starts sounding normal again
