The discussion of criticality of techSOs (provider) versus the criticality of the app service (consumer) at the 24 min mark was great. Practically, how can I get at the data to compare the criticalities? We know the app service will have a relationship to its infra CIs - say a Linux server - but what’s the quickest way to get the criticality rating of that Linux Server (which is on its containing tSO). Do I have to search the CI Association table to find the dynamic CI Group related to my server, then use the CI rel to the tSO to get the criticality? Or should the CSDM Data Sync be pushing ‘criticality’, or the tSO ref to the CIs (it doesn’t do that today)?
