Is there a word or phrase I can use when the PHO is mostly noodles with barely any meat? I need it in case the waiter pretends he doesn't understand me.
At home, people cook a pho broth for 24 hours! Leave on low heat overnight. It helps to draw out the flavors of the herbs, onions, ginger, beef, and bones. 8-10 hours for a restaurant is typical. :)

You could say something like "muốn nhiều thịt" (want more meat). But I'd just not go to that spot again. 😂
