@92millar It's tough to do a full conversation and more than two album reviews in a day. If this was our career I"m sure we could kick out more but unfortunately right now, we have a limited window to produce, shoot, and edit the videos. As the year progresses, you'll see more reviews.
Never heard of Copywrite but I live in Columbus and was surprised to find out he's from my hometown...will check it out for sure. Thanks for the review.
@mrDopeBear YOU MEAN THERE IS AN UPDATE ON ACT II? THE ALBUM IS FINISHED? I have been waiting on this for a long long time. It better be a bomb ass album too, makin us wait and shit.
@Diispaceyone We're bringing more independent/underground artists this year. Mainstream will still be reviewed for balance but expect more reviews of this nature in 2012.
@MrKeepit2000 I heard about that. Dont know what to think but cant wait for ACT II. He'll probably make lil B sound better though, give him a few pointers maybe.
@MrKeepit2000 Of course every artist can have some fun as long as they dont lose who they truly are but I feel u. I was worried when i heard that Kendrick was going to do something with drake but they made it make sense. If Jay and B do the same thing then I have no problem with it. Not to say that drake is like lil b but drake and Kendrick are on different ends of the spectrum and they made it work. The EP should be interesting and I have a pretty open mind so I'll check it out when it drops.
@mykectown it's not my fault most of the most popular hip hop bloggers perpetuate elitism to get popular with all these people that wanna feel special like they're smarter than the masses.
@groalerable Feefo liked Tyga album. Beezy was ok with Tyga album. Only 2 out of 4 really didn't fuck with it like that. We also didn't say it was a bad album. We just gave our critiques of the album.
This was really cool. I am fan of the Christian stuff too so this album kinda threw me off with both messages. But I couldn't stop listening because of his mic presence
The album was pretty good, I guess. The thing about Copywrite is that his albums sound too similar. He's dope, don't get me wrong. And, he's not super-generic like Diabolic, but his albums can bog down to a point where they're a literal chore to get through. Just my two cents.
the album didnt quite click for me... most of the beats felt very sloppily put together. i even think that his flow isnt as smooth as it used to be back in the The Jerk days. but i guess he's evolving as an artist... which is good. i still liked the album but it didnt blow me away.
@mykectown LOL. C-Town, I know this guy. He's been trolling my shit til he got blocked. No surprise he'd be on here annoying you. He says that we're elitists LOLOL.
@mykectown I'm not trying to get people to like what i like. my point is that you should be open to shit on all points of the spectrum. are underground rappers more skillful and artful than mainstream a lot of times? yea, but not always. I just want people to not be biased for or against underground or mainstream.. (not saying im perfect but) My favorite rapper is aesop rock, but I like Lil Wayne better than a whole lot of underground rappers for example...
How do you like this and not appreciate Tyga, ASAP Rocky and Big Sean? Lyricism is overrated. Its about Swag and they have it. Copywrite is too lyrical and deep.
@mykectown yo myke...Chris Rivers is Nastyyyyyyyy lol its Big Puns son O_O he sound just like his dad yo lol look up Lyrical Catastrophe man you will be in awe trust me
you guys need to review more of these types of artist cause i have never heard of this guy, so im gonna go check it out as soon as possible.
Thanks for your input

Before i even see this I know Myke loves it.
@jeffdill He's pretty dope. If you like Chino XL, Vakill, Crooked I, or early Eminem, Copywrite is worth a look.
According to Feefo, I think the album was dope.
The album was pretty good, I guess. The thing about Copywrite is that his albums sound too similar. He's dope, don't get me wrong. And, he's not super-generic like Diabolic, but his albums can bog down to a point where they're a literal chore to get through. Just my two cents.
