What is amazing is the fact that things we created in the early and mid 1900s seem to last forever (built to perfection), but due to capitalism and Reagonomics, there is no profit to be made if things last forever. No repeat customers. Now, all corporations purposely engineer their products to be inferior and fail immediately after their warranty expires. They need repeat business, cause profits are way more important than building something with pride, passion and ensuring it lasts forever.

I just bought more gold and silver few minutes ago. Tying up money due to an apocalyptic stock market crash is also not a smart move. Life is a risk and it's better to take risks than to do nothing, you can't always expect to make huge profits all the time, people have so many opinions about a recession/depression. In just 5 months my portfolio grew by $300,000 in gross profit, the main thing is to expand your portfolio and you will see amazing results by investing smartly.

I concur. That's precisely why I rely on my investment decisions being directed by an investment coach. They possess a unique set of skills that enables them to take both long and short positions, using risk to their advantage for potential upside while simultaneously hedging against market downturns. With their proprietary analysis and insider information, it's nearly impossible not to achieve outstanding returns. Personally, I've been utilizing the expertise of my investment coach for over two years and have generated more than $2.8 million in profits.

Benicia is quite a historical little place being the first capitol of the state. It was an arsenal during the civil war, on the Carquinez Strait, next to Vallejo. Rough estimate would be 50% goes away for fuel, equipment and infrastructure costs. Then you have to pay for the claim, so thats another 10-20%, depending on the deal you get. And then you have to pay the crew wages. The good operators and mechanics actually need to get payed well to live out in the wilderness and work long shifts, or they just leave.

So awestruck with that moment because I've watched Parker and senior for a while and got to see a man's dream reality and this for me was exactly what I've always wanted for my son unfortunately we don't have that great opportunity of a gold mine but it's what every loving father wishes for his seed to be able to hand down something of worth and watch their son take to it and make it the success the father always dreamt of it becoming and I love my son more than words can explain also my daughters AND CAN IMAGINE THE PRIDE OF KNOWING ONCE LIFES JOURNEY ENDS WIT ME THE FUTURE FOR ONES CHILDREN IS IN GREAT HANDS AND WILL STAND STRONG
IM GRATEFUL TO SEE SUCH A GREAT MOMENT
THANK YOU FOR THIS GOD BE PRAISED AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL

And 50k+ ounces came just from from parker but imagine if Tony didn't completely raw dog him with a catus on royalties. You'll get people watching this that think that it isn't that big of a percentage yet all they're seeing/thinking about in the episode is the weigh ins and seeing all the gold minus just that percentage of royalties instead of the reason why a gold miner would lease good ground out in the first place and that is the huge expenses of getting it out of the ground which if you have a perfect season without any breakdowns which you might as well forget your looking at 30-50% of your season final gone before you put on those royalties

Tony invested in the claims. With out those gold rich claims, parker would look like that first crowd that went bust
