There is nothing Ms Durkan said that helped ease my worries. She is afraid of action, and is trying to be good for everybody. This strategy backfires time and again. I used to be proud of living in Seattle and Washington. Not any more. Lawful tax payers are thrown under the bus because of some loud youngsters who have never paid a utility bill in their lives. Experts told her this would happen. Her own police chief told her this would happen. She knew this would happen. Surprise! It happened.
