Breathing Apparatus (BA) Control Board. Each BA wearer has a tally which they hand to the BA Entry Control Officer (BECO) who enters info onto the BA board. This will include how much air they have in their tanks, time of entry, where in the building they are working and what time they should exit before running out of air. Hope that helps?
