Why are you using KiR build on single target? I could be wrong but it’s my understanding that on single target it’s behind HO and it suffers more from downtime. Thank you you pumper!
its ahead on ST, yes it suffers more from downtime, but you plan ahead, kir just has a higher haste requirement so many people opt to not play it right now as it is more difficult to gear for
