Hi. I dont think things are just thrown around, I just think is more normalized to speak on them. Is to feel more people less lonely vs that I’m the only one going through things. Trauma is real depression is real anxiety is real. Don’t feel that because everyone talks about it, yours is less important. I think that’s the best thing that has happened, more awareness to mental health.

Your hair is gorgeous!!! I cannot remember when I subbed, I must have wanted tips on something but life keeps throwing shit at me, there's always a problem. (Sick ex I look after, lost my job, and health problems one of which I have for life & and the only permanent 'cure' is a colostomy bag! NOOOOO. Whole change of lifestyle is my only chance bc I really do not want the 'cure'.) Although I must have seen then what I saw just now, you're a very relatable person and very sweet! You are most definitely a beautiful woman inside and out. I know you've been advised this a trillion times but try not to pressure yourself, could you imagine somebody making demands of you, like being in your face screaming 24/7...then there's a person who only wants the best for you and 100% knows likes/dislikes/changes in your mood, etc but they can only occasionally be heard bc of this other person, it's ourselves. We all have these ego battles going on. Don't ever feel bad unless you purposely went out of your way to hurt somebody & that's still a valid and great way to live. We make mistakes. Far bigger than, for instance not seeing an invite. Yes, they can ring you. I beat myself up so much and have had depression and it starts small and then gets its grip on you. You come across as such a kind, empathetic and straightforward woman, never lose that sparkle. This applies to all of us, we're special, and all have our good and bad points. Look after yourselves everybody.
Gahhhh I’m dying right now because I thought I was the only person that loathed four way stops 🤣 I live in the North Georgia mountains so when it’s a man (40+) at the four way, I know we’re about to spend our entire life at that stop with him trying to be a gentleman. It’s not respectful to make a five second process five minutes! 🤣

Re: stop 🛑 signs, when I learned to drive I learned the phrase ‘the right of way is not yours to give’! Everyone should go when they should no waving people on !!!

Here’s a tip on screen time issues whether it’s welcome or not🤷🏻♀️😂
First:I never downloading the apps for an IG or TT account. I only have FB for the purposes of sharing family n friends photos and keeping up with theirs n even that’s become mostly invasive with crap I could care less about so if it’s an issue you can delete them OR spend a little time dedicated to something beneficial to your whole fam like searching cooking vids for new recipes. My older bro bought me a crockpot n I’m like I’ll never use that HA! Now approx a year later I started looking up easy crockpot vids and limit myself to watching/saving just enough of those types for weekly meals which I’ve tried for my fam. Then it’s beneficial and not just hours of mindless scrolling or wasted time. Just a suggestion 😊✌🏻

I have never been a fan social media. I have them but I can spend weeks not being on them at all and then one day I get back on to check some things. And then go back to not being on it for weeks again. I think it’s weird people are so consumed by it.
