My auditor said, the bonus shares will be credited with the cost of acquisition as zero. so when I sell them, the whole price will be considered as profit and taxing will be applied for the whole price. how the taxing works for split? whether the cost of acquisition also will be split by the ratio of split of the shares? also when we sell the shares, which one will be sold first? The one we actually purchased or the one we got by split or bonus? thank you again.
P/E = Price of a stock / EPS EPS = Total earnings / number of shares In bonus or split number of. shares increases which in turn EPS DECREASES P/E INCREASES
