Currently in patho and sometimes it sucks when you have a "eat their young professor." Also lockdown browser with webcam is not helpful and is a breach on privacy amongst several other things. In general certain things make sense to me and other things don't. We're on immunity and mechanisms of defense rn and understanding the difference between cell mediated and humoral is tripping me up as well as the whole autoimmune and alloimmune. It's feeling like I paid to teach myself and be spied on.
Ugh I'm sorry it's been so tough for you!! If you need help, I have videos on the different types of immunity inside the NMC if you're interested! Along with a TON of patho videos, too! Here's the link for more details if you're interested: nursingschoolofsuccess.com/join/
