I was planning on breaking into Matt's house but simplisafe changed my mind. His arsenal of guns and texas's stand your ground laws did not bother me, it was simplisafe alone.

I love how Matt is worried about the barrel length on the guns so he put it on a pistol lower and then unintentionally makes a forward grip on a pistol with the looped barrel 👍
That doesn't count. Its part of the barrel. And is barrel length based on the distance from the chamber or is it on the length of barrel itself

bent barrels was tested and played with in ww2 for tanks. so if someone was on your tank they could shoot them off. it was much less of a curve in the barrel though. it would just splatter the targets in broken bullet, but up close it wouldnt matter, especially since body armor wasnt really worn at that time

It's definitely illegal to bend a barrel on a _rifle_ to the point that it makes the rifle less than 26 inches long overall (without an SBR stamp).

@@Matty.Hill_87 yes, twist rate is measured in how many inches of barrel it takes for the rifling to make a complete "Twist" of 360° and therefore how many inches of barrel the bullet passes through before making a complete revolution. A 1:9 rate of twist would mean the bullet moves 9 inches by the time it makes a full revolution.

4:42 That was dope how the paper spun like that. I’m assuming that the turns in the barrel actually got the gasses spinning too so when they escaped out the end of the barrel the kept spinning and carried the paper with them in their spinning motion. I could be totally wrong but I’m just guessing here. Either way it looked pretty damn neat.

German tank crews in WW2 had rifles with bend barrels called "Krummlauf". The Idea was, that the crew could shoot enemy Infantry without sticking their heads out.
Right there was like a 30° 45° and 90° bend, and only the 30° saw any use because at 45°, and 90° the bullet would just break and shower the enemy with bullet bits

Donut was a Marine and ex-SWAT - and if you keep up with his content, he's still pro-police (while calling out BS from the cops.) I'm not too happy about Black rifle.
