What an awesome crib. I have a media room in my house that’s pretty sick where I keep my collection and marrying good interior design with nerdy shit is a challenge. It’s an art. The fact that you’ve succeeded doing that with your entire dope ass house is amazing. It doesn’t feel like you’re walking through a nerds house. It’s like all the comic art fits seamlessly in the house without looking fucking tacky. Sick af bro Glad to see that there are other successful collectors with good taste out there.

The video really doesn't do it justice as I had the privilege of walking thru his amazing house myself in December 2021 when we visited Talker in Vegas! Thankfully I got to see the toy room in all its glory 10k figures strong and videoed it and the house! Went out to dinner with Rob and Holly and his son a few days before Christmas! I'm honored to call Rob my friend and I myself have purchased/cut some deals and took off his hands about 80 of his action figures so far 😂 whoever buys this home will be lucky to have it!!! Looking forward to hitting up this Florida crib and toy room which will be a hell of a lot closer 😂 in the future!

A bar doesn't have to have alcohol, it's about drinking something that is enjoyable with others. Your looking to move, and selling items that are not a must have anymore for you. Impressive sales, to make back what you paid and a bit more, still a deal compared to new for the buyer. Ya, living next to dirt, sand and heat, wears down the ageing mind, fruitful land with green all around and moisture is very nice, better sleep. I live in BC, Canada similar to Florida. If you see a must have toy at Comic-Con, you will let us know if they aren't just lazy repaints.

When I was selling I had to paint and stain everything, So I did white in the bedrooms and the basic colors for kitchens and bathrooms.

I like green and water too but one thing you don’t have to deal with is humidity which I always have to be managing to keep my toys from getting mold
