You really shouldn't touch the grooves on your vinyl like that. You're getting the record dirty and will not sound as good as it should. It's also more wear and tear on your stylist playing a dirty vinyl.
The outter edge and label are what you should touch to take care of your vinyl.
Just trying to help, no shame... They are your records, so it's up to you how you take care of them of course.
