Sir co mein agar directors are considered to be agents of the company then we can say ki company mein mutual agency exist karta hai like partnership?

Sir non reg ke case mein agar creditor firm ko sue karti hai to wo to waise bhi kar sakta hai even if firm is registered..and in the third case acc to ex agar B ne outsider to 12 lakh ka goods sale kiya on credit to recovery ka suit B personally kyu file karega it should be on behalf of firm bcoz B ne to ordinary course of business mein goods sale kiya i mean on behalf of others partners as agent ..so personally sue kyu kare
