Frieza fk the combo up when he is trying to do only 1 low medium attack then follow up with a strong 1 but he did 2 medium instead

Can you teleport counter in this game?
You cannot teleport COUNTER unless a character specifically has a move for that, sort of like Piccolo. You can teleport behind them at the cost of a bar of meter, but if you are in hitstun or blockstun, then you can't do it.

Jonathan Symes If Xenoverse 2 (the admittedly more visually taxing game) is able to run 60fps on PS4, then this should be no problem.
High level play ? Remember - there will always be better players than the best and worse than the worst. ;)
