Honestly at this point, I'm baffled that such a tiny channel managed to get on my top 3 "must see" when it comes to DIY and cosplay. You sir turned the world of electronics which was completly alien to me, into something I can grasp, understand, learn and finally use.
And for that, I will never be able to thank you enough.
Aww that's so nice to hear!! I really appreciate the feedback! ❤️ I'll try to produce more similar content!!
@@Zibartas And I'll try to honor what your videos taught me when I apply them into my creations and cosplays. =)
It's still a muddy unknown land for me, but some project like my electric foam chainsaw and a responding cosplay armor has a chance to become reality.
Ive rewatched this multiple times, including some of your other videos, and oh my god you are a life saver
:O It's like a cheat code to cosplay :D
Thank you so much for this! It helps extremely. 😭🙏✨
Wow, what a nice tutorial and video, im new to arduino and im learning how to make electronic powerrd cosplays with lights, gadgers, etc
I can’t wait to see what your sound reactive backpack looks like!
why do you only have 9k subs O.O... im here before you're famous :D
Keep up the good vids
Just found this video and it might work for the mask I'm working on.
I need to make some lenses for the mask since the eyes glow. I know there's plenty of resources out there for mask lenses (both rigid and flexible) in most colors, but they're typically only a single color. I need the ability to change between at least two colors on some bright RGB LEDs.
This seems like one way to accomplish that, unless there's an easier way I can't think of, but I would need some way to connect it to the controller.
How would you go about wiring that up to be powered by battery ?
Do you have any items that I could use to hook this up to say a portable charger?
Holy shit, that is just perfect to what I need thanks for the info.
Any time!!
can you make a tutorial for power bank conection to make it portable?
how did you not put a link or type of led strip linked :( I ordered the wring one! The led here have 3 copper pieces, the bt board has 4 link in the video as well as the strips you had. I have to figure this out now..
I’m binge watching your videos because I’m trying to make an led totem pole for raves. My biggest issue that I’m running into is the power supply.
You’re a genius!!!
I just shop on Ali a lot 😂
0:50 "...but obviously, batteries work too." Well, not so obviously. I only see "corded electric" as a power source for this product and similar products (which all list "12 volts" as the voltage). How would we connect this to a small (A23?) 12 volt (or even a 9 volt?) battery? I need to do an LED light project to hang on a wall at work. It only needs to be powered up for brief periods, but I'm not allowed to plug into an outlet. Thanks.
Can you do that for neopixels?
I’m trying to add LED lights to a Hatsune Miku cosplay so this is very helpful :D
uhhh thats cool :D does the LED just keep the last input settings? and do you have any idea about the range?
The range is I'd say 7 or so meters? Might be shorter if there's a lot of noise (like a big convention). Yes it resumes the last programme once powered back on :)
@@Zibartas Awesome 😍 thank you !
What app does it use?
Can you buy the gadget solo?
im gonna pimp out my room with this tech
What's the app
I love this video what an app for LED lights thank you
😂
I got an app for LED lights thank you very happy😅😊❤😂🎉😢😮
Could you make it do different animations on separate sections of LED’s?
No sadly this controller isn't that smart :(
This is honestly exactly what I need, can the power source be a portable charger?
Yeah :) Depending on the LED type and operating voltage. You can get them in 5V addressable LED variety too - so a power bank would be perfect.
I cant find the qr code on my black strip things
why is mines not showing in the list?😢
Can you make this adaptable to a regular 2 pin white led strip?
Nvm . I figured it out
How would I connect a battery to this? I’m sure it’s easy but I’m a beginner lol
You can do two things: or you can find the other side of the plug connected to a battery house.
Or you cut the wires and solder them to your battery connector directly. In that case I would advice you add an off/on switch between the battery connector and the device on one of the connections
You are proper fit 😍
What’s up zibartas I have a project coming this week , and is to install some LEDs in to my car i watch so many videos but no one could help me i hope you can help me with this little project
What did you try so far and need help with?:)
@@Zibartas so i just order what i think is enough just the controller for the LED ligths to make all the crazy set up they do i have RGB ws2812b 12/24 to 5 v 10a max cpt i don’t really know much about this
how do you sew this onto the cosplay costume?
You could glue on some velcro and stitch on a matching velcro strip into your costume, or make a little pocket :)
This will be an epic option for making a Lil battery powered toy for my dog, he's obsessed with flashy lights so maybe I can make a stuffed toy with a plastic dome on its belly with some diffusing foam and strip lights and a usb battery pack so he can sit there and watch a disco
Can you use multiple controllers, so forike more than one strip can you control different ones with the Same phone
You can add more than one strip to a single controller (in parallel - means they both will be set to the same color etc.) - but basically one controller = one animation at a time. :)
