Exactly what happened is, Paul turned away from the cops signaled to dave to hit him with the hammer in desperation for an exuse, which now makes Dave is either a very rich man now and gets off the charge because Pelosi's will make the charge go away, or he ends up being Epsteined if they can't.
Paul Pelosi also said he was alone during his DUI car crash...unfortunately the passenger side airbags in a 2021 Porsche Carrera 4S don't go off unless there's someone in the passenger seat and both airbags clearly went off. Just a "friend"...in his underwear.
