@@TheRustyRazorOriginal wow the yeast strains have come along way since then. I’m more of the citra and west coast IPA and throw in a dark wheat and brown ales for the winter months in Michigan. Cheers

I really like how you can order a small sampler and decide if you enjoy it or not. For the fall I have a few in mind to pick up and try, I usually think about fruit or a fall forest smells
