I was like No'man at the age of 10. I had a devilish sense of humor & got my dad & mom in so much trouble. It made ppl laugh so hard, May God forgive me.

I have been listening to Shaykh Hamza yusuf for quite sometime now and he is one of the greatest scholars of our time no doubt about it but our Prophet throwing food.

It was more along these lines:
Aisha (RA), the Prophet's wife, says, "I brought some soup which I had cooked, and told Sawdah, with the Prophet sitting between her and me, 'Have some!' but she declined. I said, 'You either eat or I smear your face! She would not eat, so I took some soup from the bowl and smeared her face. Allah's Messenger laughed and lifted his feet off the floor. He said, 'Smear her face! so she took some from the bowl and smeared my face, and Allah's messenger kept laughing." (Abu Yala al Haithami vol. 5 pg 316)
One possible personal commentary (not from me): I love this story because it shows how lighthearted and fun the Prophet peace be upon him was, as muslim we are not permitted to be wasteful especially with food but in certain situations with close family members a little dab may bring a little closeness.

The prophet who ''throws'' food...? I don't think he would do that, even if it was when playing with Aisha...
You should probably check the ahadith. There are a lot of things that he did that you wouldnt expect. In fact someone asked Aisha (ra) to tell them something amazing about the Prophet (sa), and she said "what part of him wasn't amazing". Although I can understand your doubt (I had it too) its better if you ask a scholar to show you it in person for an explanation if needed. If not dont worry about it, you wont be questioned about that.
It's not about wasting foood ... brooo it's was just romantic part of our Beloved Prophet PEACE be upon him
you can have a food fight without wasting food, the food may fall into the plate - as it is, it is the Prophet's (SAW) sunnah to even pick fallen food, clean it and consume. So dont think he (SAW) would ever waste food.
Allah knows best our rasul never made a mistake he was the greatest human to ever live.

Mashallah Shaikh Hamza Yusuf's lectures are awesome. However, the Prophet never wasted food - so the hadith of the food fight is probably not true.

Of course he was human, he was more human than human actually. How could you even question Mohammed's humanity when he beheaded so many people? Human, all too human.

Why are you putting Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.) in a bad light for the unbelievers to attack? You may think that you are proving that he is joker and human but you are only proving that he is a prankster, liar and cruel to the blind man putting him to shame. Even a dead body feels shy. Jokes are jokes to a limit but not practical jokes. Have you not enough of the unbelievers who talk about his marriage to Aisha? Why aren't you replying to their posts? The video said that Rasul (sm) forgived this prankster every time. So did Uthman (R) ...He also forgave the prankster!
Mohamed Alyoob, unbelievers already know what a clown your prophet is. I think it's great to educate Muslims and show them that Mohammed's behavior was childish on many levels. He was an emotionally fragile man that sat to urinate like a woman, who was engaged to a 6 year old (Aisha) then consummated the marriage at 9 years old (She was still playing with dolls), he wore his wife's clothes (robes), etc. So learning that he throws food is small potatoes by contrast.
