Also, Plug 3 (Maseo, Mace) was the DJ for De La Soul and toured with them on every tour. He was an integral part of the group. Prince Paul wasn’t on the turntables, he was the Producer and helped make the album the classic that it is today. You butchered Posdnuos name pretty good too, haha.
Tread Water is rapped by Plug 1 (Posdnuos, Mercenary, Sop Sound, Plug Wonder Why & Pos) and Plug 2 (Dave or Trugoy the Dove). And Trugoy is simply Yogurt backwards because he loved yogurt. R.I.P. Dave.
