      They are a prescription drugs can't give you advice on that over the internet you have to talk with your doctor about that. Plus I prefer more of the natural nootropics over the drug nootropics.

      Do you have any recommendation for a minimum number of hours? I have to stay up until 01:00hrs 2 days out of 8. I've managed to work my wake up time to 07:30hrs regardless most times.

      @@RobMcGrath0 I would say you need to be getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night. So for those 2 days you sleep in a little longer to get at least 7 hours of sleep.

      Hi dr, I have difficulty waking up in the morning and when I do wake up, I felt exhausted and like about to go to a war. I’m very much a satan in the morning😂. Help me remove this satan dr.

    I can wake up early. It’s the GETTING UP that’s my problem. 🤣 I also have insomnia.

      Yep. I wake up before 6 am to get ready for work. Been doing it for yrs now.
      Getting to bed early is another issue completely.

    In wake up just fine. I get good sleep. But after I wake I can't focus AT ALL! I wander around the house trying to shake off ADHD paralysis

    I wake up at 5:00.. not because I have a strong purpose for doing so.. but it's basically because I'm forced to. I hate waking up at 5 for school each morning..

      Who doesn't? I have to wake up around 5:15 - 5:30 and holy shit the first few hours of the morning does not feel good at all.

    I am glad I found your channel! I struggle with ADHD, depression and anxiety. I also think I have dyslexia as well. I was wondering if you made or willing to do a video about procrastination and screen addiction please! I am feeling I am a slave to screens and procrastination 😓

    I might be the only person with ADHD who's a morning person I know of. Although I get up so early (3 AM) that it's almost like I'm a backdoor night owl, haha. I love being creative in the mornings, when I wake up early, I have energy the whole day.

    I'll wake up early, sometimes get up and be productive, but then I am sleepy when it is my necessary time to get up. Then I'll either just drag all day or fall back asleep and oversleep. Most of the time when I am awake at night (like I am right now), I am afraid to get up and make good use of the time because I think that I will not have energy when I need it most - to get up on time. 🙄🙄🙄

    Thank you! This helped me commit to turning my sleep schedule around. It's been a few weeks, and it's not perfect, there's lots of room for improvement, but it's consistently so much better than it was!!
