I am actually in a search of a gaming laptop because I find PC build really too big of a deal and not useful if you are constantly moving. As a Laptop player i can say that with a laptop stand and an external keyboard, you can play like on pc, my laptop has a 144hz display so i dont need an external monitor, the only problems are temperature if i play high graphic games, and the small monitor. The good thing is, i can playwhen my family decides to go on vacation and i can use a laptop in school too so thats kinda cool ngl

idunno why ppl call desktop a pc but laptop just laptop. pc means personal computer and laptop so is desktop is a computer, and if it's urs u call it PC, if it's someone else's u cant call it ur pc cuz it's not PERSONALLY urs. just call it DESKtop if it was the one on top of a desk and LAPtop if you can put the computer on top of ur lap. ez

@@forsaken1029 I regret it bruh I have acer nitro 5 2021 rtx 3060 16gb ram ryzen 7 5800h and i experience fps drops like 144 to 110 during viper walls or ability spam.
One of laptop down side is small screen i play in my laptop with small screen head is small but i can still hit them but when i put big monitor its like a new game the heads is so big its so ez to hit
my friend plays with a trackpad i think thats a true laptop gamer

I also play on laptop except the specs are a lot more low quality. (intel core i5 8th gen gtx 1050 60hz refresh rate and 8 gigs of ddr4 ram) And it runs valorant fine at about 160+ fps which is really nice. But the wifi card on it is broken so I have to use a usb wifi which is very very slow. Planning to get it fixed soon but other than that this things really good for gaming at 400$

i play on laptop that's from the same line of that laptop of yours (it's Asus TUF Gaming FX505DV) with specs : GPU RTX 2060 , CPU AMD Ryzen 7, 144Hz display. I run valorant at a maximum of 100 fps with all the settings set to low (as well as all the possible perfomance boost settings on windows), while having also an insane amount of fps drops, been wondering for a while what's wrong with it :/ (sent it to the support twice in a year and it's still the same lol)
I have a older asus laptop from 2019 with a GTX 1660ti MaxQ and ryzen 7 3750h (zephyrus GA502 DU) with max 120fps which is weird since it should be much weaker. I’m pretty sure that the FX505DV has overheating issues so that’s probably why. I’ll put a link under this reply that will hopefully help with your CPU temperatures (if you haven’t done it already).
