Thanks Karen! This is so easy to duplicate. You can get 24 cards from a 12x12 sheet of DSP. Great way to get a good start on Christmas cards too! I appreciate you watching!
I really like this idea for mass card make for swaps or gift sets. It was a great reminder for me, as a quilting instructor many years ago I taught a class called 4 on the floor quilt where we cut our fabric in much the same manner and shuffled it . With this same amazing results. Thanks for sharing and so glad I came across your channel… I love your paper lay out that you showed at the beginning of your video. Is there a tutorial or pdf on how to do that? I would love to have my paper referenced in that way. So easy to coordinate everything.
Hi Wanda…thanks so much for watching this video! My sister is a quilter also. I’ll have to ask her if she’s ever used this technique. When I get new DSP, I always make the sampler as shown in this video. I will do a video on how to make one soon. They are easy to make.
@@cardtherapywithvickieedmon6309 thanks I will be watching for that. So many quilting patterns can be used for cards. The miniature version is a great resource.
What a fun way to use DSP, Vickie! I will definitely use it. We're on vacation in France now, but of course I brought "a load" (according to hubby) to make cards - it's an addiction, I guess - lol. I'll have to refigure sizes, as our European card stock has a different size. We're camping, so I only brought 6 x 6 inches DSP. Looking forward to it!
Vickie I have only just come across you, and I have definitely subscribed to your videos. Looking forward to seeing more unique ideas from your lovely self. I'm fairly new to card crafts, but this is the 1st time I have seen this technique in the past 7 months, I can't wait to try it later on today 😍💖 I do have a UK demonstrator, as I'm all the way over in sunny Cornwall 💖🌞💖
I'm so glad you enjoyed watching my video on this fun technique! It's really fun to do & makes lots of cards at once. Happy Crafting! Thanks again for watching!
Yes, Cheri, the Hand-Penned DSP is beautiful. Sadly, it retired along with the catalog. However, you can use any DSP that you like to make these cards. That's the beauty of this layout! THANK YOU so very much for watching!
Pretty cards & love that paper! Thanks for the video!
Thanks Joanne! This is a fun and easy technique and you can use ANY DSP you have! Great for Christmas Cards too.....makes up to 24!
I like being able to swap the papers around. It's quite unique. Thanks for the demonstration.🌷🌷
