Good stuff, I've been looking for a smart charger that wasn't too expensive and this one has everything I need

Not too recommended because of high price and not really flexible, except you want it "simple" and just for home charging without too much benefits
I personally prefer a random, lets say 30$ 600W 24V power supply usable for other things as well, which can in turn supply a DC DC converter (for another 20$) capable of all the things those "smart" battery chargers are.
Splitted components means you can lets say the DC DC converter on your scooter while leaving the heavy, much bigger powersupply at home. Opens up new worlds in flexibility regarding to charging and range extending.
In fact my system can do more and better within a tiny box:
      - charge from any 10-60V DC source
      - my scooters battery can also charge other scooters/e bikes via this converter
      - with tool battery mounts i can also increase range by adding 240Wh or 5-10 km with my scooter, carrying another set doubles the effective range gain so 10-20 km additionally.
      - charging from the cars 12V battery or camping trailers 24V system.
      - Use the converter as DC 0-100V 0-30A variable power supply from the scooters battery (or tool batteries)
      - stepless changes... not 1, 2, 3, 4, 5A.... you can set very accurate around 0,1V and 0,1A "steps"
      - In my scooter deck i built an additional converter, tiny and light 200W model attached to a USB-C power supply adapter whichs port is right beside the original charging port. I can charge my scooter with a 100W USB-C power supply as well which is awesome, slow but mostly on hand and everyone has USB-C.

If set at number 5 ? How long would it take to charge my battery to full ?

divide number of aH your scooter has by 5, and you get the hours. For example my Kugoo has 13ah, divide by setting (5) and you get about 2.6

      Not with this "charger".
Only if you go for lets say a 10-20$ DC DC converter for each scooter and chose a strong enough 110/230V AC to 24V DC power supply, which is in my opinion also the better pick.
I personally use a 600W 24V power supply, robust unit in a metal body and horrendous loud fan, which can easily fast charge 2 scooters. 250-270W per scooter should be possible.
In one of my scooters i installed a DC DC converter internally where i connect this 24V power supply to, and my other scooter has a 1500W converter which is removable from the scooter and can serve during driving or on the go other nice purposes as well (range extender, charging from any 10-60V DC source, charge another scooter from my scooters battery,...)
I paid 70 $ in total for my fast charger including 2 DC DC converters, one for each scooter, and i can do everything here shown in the video as well.
I limit myself to around 520W power draw when charging both scooters so the 600W PSU isnt overloaded, where around 130-150W reaches the smaller scooter (fixed setting) and up to around 350W goes into the bigger scooter.
Solo, i sometimes fast charge my scooter with 400-450W, which is around 8-10A.
