The film was perfect and the film 's musics aswell were perfect . I loved whats that children did .❤
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
Love what you guys are doing, these films are great, very cool locations.
Thank you!
Beautiful color grade. Cinematic and visually pleasing to watch. Subbed
Thanks!
Your work is inspiring. Big fan here. Keep going! Quick question, do you input your rode mic directly into the 6k or via an external recorder?
Thank you! Yes I plug the rode mic directly into the camera body!
Another one 🙏🏾🙏🏾🔥
Thanks!
Coyote Studios showing improvement with every new release
What becomes of the ghost
Thank you! It was an electronic dummy ghost controlled from the lab 👻
So , let me just say "wow." What you can do with lighting and props are so good. I'm guessing one of you must be in film school? Oh, how I wish each of your films had a show and tell about everything, in gory detail(please). I feel like I'm watching an old Hardy Boys mystery. . My son is a freshman in film at a University and I've begged him to watch you guys. Very nice work.
Thank you so much! I’m not in film school just self taught, the best way to learn how to make movies is to make movies! 🙏
Great work!
Thank you!
Amazing work! great shots, grade and acting :)
Thank you! Appreciate it!!
Beautiful pictures and fun story. A detail that went unnoticed in the production is that the newspaper articles are all with "lorem ipsum" text
Thank you! Yes I thought you wouldn’t see it but it ended up visible after all 🫣
This was so cinematic! Really good job! I can’t wait for the next one!
Glad you enjoyed it! Don’t worry lots more to come! 😉
oh i love this retro style movie so much and i deeply support young Sherlock's new adventure
Thanks so much!
You guys got the lighting down, wow. I am just getting started on the p6k and I got 2 light panels.. this is really good, no idea how you do it,but keep it up!! :D
Thank you so much!!
Great.
Thanks!
Another gorgeous film with some amazing visuals! That barn you've utilised for some of your past tutorials is stunning!
Thanks so much! Yes it’s all in set design and lighting! 😉
what settings did you use - I'm planning a feature, any tips to get the best out of my BMPCC 6K Pro? 23.98fps and I'll probably shoot in HD, is that alright?
that was dope
Thanks man!
@@coyotestudios1 You got it!
Also, need another actor(s)?
Let me know brotha! haha Love your work.
Fantastic work. That old mill was very creepy.
Thank you very much!
Your very good at this dude.
Thank you so much! Really appreciate your support! 🙏👍
The REAL stars of this short are the lighting & production design! The directing of the actors and editing are at times really sloppy till it causes continuity and eyeline problems. Story is average but bcoz the lighting and production design are too good you almost forgive it. Almost.
Thank you!
Well done as usual
Thanks Meme!
Who does the sound design/score for these short films? Absolutely top notch
We do it all ourselves! Thank you 🙏
Can we get your music
Bloody well done
Thank you!
Still wish you would go through " The Haunting". Lights lenses filters, etc...enjoyed it
I still have to figure out a way to get behind the scenes of a short film…I will find a way somehow!
Camera and lens, brother? Is very good 👌🏻 shot blackmagic raw 5:1?
Where did you learn color grading? It does look very professional. Congratulations!
Better and better every time did you shoot this one in prores 422 ?
Thank you! ProRes HQ 😁🙏
Incrível!
good kid flick with scooby doo vibe its well made and acted .love the younger brother faints lol this is very kid friendly a bit comic yet creepy .would make a good series disney where are you .............................
Thank you!
I'm happy to see you're monetized. Adding to your growing collection of short films is this gem. I really felt drawn into the story and the characters. Excellent job again everyone.
Yes it took us awhile but we did it! Thanks! It was a fun one to make 🙏
Coyote studios, you did an amazing job of casting. Were they really brothers? 🤔 This had a really really good vibe to it!👍
@@kurtweiand7086 Thanks! Yes they are my brothers!
I am from Canada aswell who also makes short films. What mic do you use for the vocal audio?
Cool! I used the rode ntg shotgun mic 👍
@@coyotestudios1 thank you! Btw love all
Your short films. There very inspiring good job.
@@brandonhaner739 Thank you!
What type of camera and lenses do you use for your short films.and what about dubbing that qoulity of voices are too cinematic pls say
I use the black magic pocket cinema camera 6k, and mostly the Meike super 35 cinema lens, 35mm, 50mm…and I use the rode ntg shotgun mic for adr and all the sound!
@@coyotestudios1 thank you so much
@@dineshfilms566 no problem!
I love ya videos whos the actor i like him lol hes good lol
Excuse me, I live in Italia and I don't speak english very well, could you explain me what a mill is?
A mill could be many things, a lumber mill for lumber is an example 👍
stranger things vibe!
Thanks!
@@coyotestudios1 do you have luts for sale bro
this is so fire its crazy like all of the films look great
Thanks! 😁
Generally well done. Minor note: if you are going to use Lorem Ipsum text in a scene for a text, it looks really awkward if it is on screen for more than a fraction of a second.
Thanks! Yes next time that won’t happen 👍
Looks great!
You edited in FCPX? Was it graded with standard colour tools or did you use a LUT?
Thanks! Yes I edited all the footage in FCP and then actually did the color grading for the film in DaVinci resolve with a LUT as a starting point and basic correction from there. 👍🙏
@@coyotestudios1 Ah really? What format did you export to before taking it into Resolve? It looks fantastic and its a great story!
@@MondoCheapo I always export for UA-cam- computer-better quality-4K
Excellent job everyone. Please do the treasure of black beard. No matter what anyone says in the comments I really wanna see it :) I wanna see what y'all can come up with for it :)
Thanks so much! Yes it would be fun to try that one! 😉
@@coyotestudios1 hahahahaha this is gonna be epic
@@coyotestudios1 hey do y'all have a Facebook
@@mentalhealthpoet yes, it’s in the channel About 👍
@@coyotestudios1 I just sent you a friend request. I really need to talk to you
Can you show your color grade and lighting techniques
Great filming. And real good acting.
Thanks! It was really fun!
what fps was this shot in ?
24 Fps 👍
Curious what your lighting setup was?
I used 2 200xs most of the time, one with a soft box and one with a fresnel lens, then I just hazed up the rooms.
@@coyotestudios1 how did you position them, 1 x 45degree from talent as a key, and one as a back light?
@@quiztasiarocks yes!
@@coyotestudios1 thanks
do you drive a black van? seen it going down the road lol
You have specs in your eyes and why did you use the lens as well these aren't big fonts any way ok
Oh man.. you are supposed to be in Hollywood... what slider did you use??
Thanks! I used my homemade dolly!
