Sweet memories. I was a 19-yr old boy that time in 1965.
Had seen them playing often "Live" in my hometown in The Netherlands.
They were always in "Palais De Dance" Scheveningen (The Hague)The Netherlands.
Scheveningen its the beachtown.
Andy Tielman, the leadsinger, passed away November 11 - 2011 He was 75
Because of that terrible dissease...:-(

Because they're brothers the connection in the music is very tight. They were trendsetters in 1958/59 with their exploding performances and shows, mainly in Nightclubs.
They began their career in Indonesia when they were little (with their sister too) still kids.
Just enjoy their creativity and freedom of playing.

Hot damn!!! These guys are/were great! I'm only sorry I never heard them before. There's a little info about them on Wikipedia, but not much. Anyone know when this was recorded? I know that American R&R and Country artists were carrying on like this back in the 40's and 50's, but rarely got shown on TV. I've only read about it. Thanks so much to Sam Sam for uploading this and the rest of the Tielman Bros performances.
