This just looks like people LARPing as shaolin monks.

The performers seem pretty skilled in Shaolin Kung Fu for kids and people who have day jobs. I think using the word LARPing is a bit too derogatory. Most martial art schools have uniforms to wear when preforming. This is just how most schools that teach Shaolin Kung Fu are expected to dress when giving a demonstration. In Chinese schools and temples, people spend almost all day doing nothing but kung fu so they are at a higher level than these guys but that's not to say that they're entirely unskilled. Those acrobatics and forms generally look genuinely pretty legit at least to me.
