- There will be relationships that will inevitably come to a dead end, that’s a fact. It could be as abrupt as a light switch or a slow yet steady burn. I personally remember memories in vivid detail, which can be a blessing or a curse. Looking back at my recent losses, everything around me feels tainted by that sadness or hurt, as if it's a stalking gray cloud. All the good and bad memories along with emotions haunt me. This song was my way of expressing that feeling and I just lay here within it.

I appreciate your description. Well written expression of your perspective through that season of your life.
For me, since that season, my perspective of life is different. Feels, looks, thinks, dreams, I am different since. Like an exchange was made between myself and that empty space in time thats some kind of eternal mirage island that the now has no interaction or awareness of. Im aware of my absences of self as I make my way now. A portion I loved, that shares that kind of love and the hope for it even.
