- He signed for Nottingham Forest from Yeovil, with Chris Cohen also part of the deal. Who can forget his dramatic game against the Reds, which helped take Yeovil to the League One play-off final? He was then part of the Forest side that won promotion to the Championship. Now, he’s a football agent - and tells you about that too.

Another fascinating interview. Such a shame he never got on top of his injuries. He doesn't sound bitter either, which is a credit to him.
I always remember that play off game before he came to us, he tore us to shreds I was excited when he signed, just a shame we didn't see more of him because of those injuries

Wonder how many potentially really good players have their careers ruined by injury. Good to hear from Aaron who I never saw play for Forest. You have to hope that recovering players are given more guidance and there's a more scientific approach these days.
Great interview chippers it was a shame he broke his leg and wasn’t the same player afterwards.he would have been an asset for Forest like Chris cohen was. Keep these great interviews coming 👍👏

I was at the 3 games in Scotland and hadn’t realised his injury was so serious. I think we need to know more about injured players during their careers. Often they are criticised for collecting their pay packets whilst sitting on their behinds . It’s more likely they are doing their level best to get fit.
Yes, I think that’s very fair David… I think some fans assume that injured players are doing nothing, dodging games and just picking up their money. In my experience, that’s not right for 99% of them - they’re desperate to play, and having treatment, getting fit again is absolutely no fun for anyone.
