Ingredients ya temperature ya mould main fark aane se hota hai dear ❤ koi bhi recipe banao to perfect measurement lo saare room temperature per ho or batter banane se pehle preheat karo OTG ko ya kadhai ya kuch bhi batter ke hisab se mould chuno ingredients ko chano or batter ko over mix nahi karna hai jitni zaroorat ho utna hi karo mould main daalne ke baad tap tap karo taaki lumbs na bane batter ko mould main daalne ke baad bubble mitane ke baad direct hi bake karne rakh do wait mat karo or over heat mat karo temperature thik rakho or baar baar cake ko check mat karo khol kar usse temperature girta hai hope this would help you❤
