BMC has a budget to get us 7 more plants like that in the future. Mumbai will never see a watercut. But people in India are still narrow minded who think their only source of water is rivers and lakes. These are basic things just like you wash yourself you wash your city. Because there isn't a very good consistency when it comes to maintaining roads in Mumbai. Sometimes there are road markings, sometimes there aren't. BKC looks amazing nevertheless.
