    Awesome outing thanks for sharing! I'm glad it warmed up for you and the fish started biting! "They don't want to hit when the camera is on" - SO TRUE!!! haha. Tight lines my friend! Captain Zac

    The big trib has been money this season. Glad you got out there before the rains hit. Most tribs are blown out with the snowmelt combined with the heavy rains the past few days. Back into the 40s and 50s we go next weekend.

    Good job hitting the big creek before the big blow out. Praying it becomes fishable for next weekend

    If you ever want to end a slump, just head to the big river. Lots of big fish on this trip, a little lethargic but big fish. Nice to redeem yourself after a couple of Dirty Burt slow days. Nice to get them on both spinning and pinning.

    Hey Bill: Another fine video! As usual! Chunky chromers!! I also would like a 5" reel for faster line retrieve yet, I still love my Okumas with ceramic bearings! Someday I will get an Islander. Regards, Timothy.

    Great video as always! As you know I'm months behind, but I filmed a "redemption video" on the same day! Except my redemption-fishing was back in mountains, got a walleye limit and some big trout. The Saturday beforehand I was actually skunked fishing the same creek your fishing in this video in the same area, I guess I just don't understand that creek.

      Think I might have fished across from you on Friday at Burt, up at the dam. What a slow day! Earlier in the week was great. Think those colder nights finally effected the water temps and shut the bite down a bit. Only got that one brownie up there.

    I stoped fishing my local creek by me and went from one fish in 8hrs and over the course of a week to catching 6 to 10 most days at Burt definitely opened my eyes to the poor state of the creek I learned at. The 5 inch reel i got was the kingpin kinetic way nicer for my big unit hands i have, not near as bad at blocking my own casts, and like you said, more line retrieve.

    • @BillMikesAnglingAdventures
      @BillMikesAnglingAdventures  10 місяців тому +1
