I can only suspect what happened to Fluttershy has something to do with the Timberwolf. She must have a fragment of the creature in her body or the two merge, which has given her a magical mutation. Since Timberwolves have the ability to pull themselves back together and perhaps assimilated wooded materials into themselves to replace missing body parts. For Fluttershy, it's more on the bio organic material side. By the looks of it, this mutation must have gone horribly out of control. She had ended up absorbing Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and several of her animals into her body in attempting to heal her wounds or whatever. In which case she is like a sponge, she'll absorb whatever organics she comes in contact with. Which in turn make her very dangerous.

I think she’s part nature spirit, which is basically what those wolves are. In that case she just caught some kind of chronic nature spirit disease that forces the wolf to add mass constantly, as if it were injured. Timberwolf cancer/gigantism essentially.
She didn't, it was because of the disease she caught from the Timberwolf. It was heavily contagious, and by her friends helping her, she contracted the disease to them as well. It turned into a festering mass of horrors

This really made me feel uncomfortable. The Horror what happened to her, AJ and Rainbow ist horrible to Imagine.. I can understand that he wont touch her, but it was terrible how he didnt got her a blanket or something to drink. You voiced Fluttershy pretty good with being helpless and kind and the doctor cold.
Can I please do a flutter shy voice over for your narration? As I was listening I was trying to do a Fluttershy impression and I think I finally got a good grasp at it! I’m not a voice actor but I feel like it would be fun! Love the story and narration!
