    I know Corey doesn't like Rogers, but he's in the conversation for the greatest packers of all time. I don't think that's an outlandish statement to make 😅

    I also needed that bit of wisdom from Brian today, Benke. Thank you so much for asking that

    Beautiful day. Fixed the lawnmower, cut the grass, washed the car, and now im listening to this fantastic interview as I drink a beer and attempt to smoke my first brisket. Sometimes life aint so bad. Cheers, everybody.

    AJ Hawk is the leading tackler in Packers history. Was on a Super Bowl winning defense. He picks the Packers to win every game. He doesn't pander to Mcafee when he hates on the Packers to support Aaron Rodgers. He should, Hawk and Rodgers are best friends, but he doesn't. AJ's locker room impact is priceless. Played 9 seasons for GB. Not overrated.

    Outstanding as always Aaron and Corey

    Behnke, look, we all understand Hawk was overdrafted and he wasn’t a spectacular playmaker. But if you blindly told me that GB could draft a starter who wouldn’t miss a game for at least his first four years and would retire as the Packers leading tackler, you RUN that pick up to the podium.

      Yeah the Hawk hate is a little over the top. No he didnt become the hall of fame superfreak we all hoped, but he still helped bring home a Lombardi.

    He doesn't have the winning pedigree of Starr or the importance to the franchise like Favre, but purely based on performance at his position, not sure how you can argue Rodgers isn't one of the Packers' greatest players.
    His accolades speak for themselves. But the fact that almost every modern QB says they've modeled their game after Rodgers speaks to his influence and how good he was.

    I'm all aboard to have Corey announce a draft pick. Let's start a petition drive!

    Corey should get to announce a draft pick, but only if it's a kicker. 😊

    My grandson asked if I was a receiver on the Green Bay Packers would I be their number one receiver. I said No, but they have a whole stable of number one receivers.

    Rodgers is gonna get his number retired… that basically cements him as one of the all-time great Packers 😂

    Corey is 100% wrong: you do NOT declare a team to be inducted with when you go into the HOF

    Corey saying that Rodgers isn't in the conversation of being the best player in Packers history, come on now. You don't need to like him as a person, but not even a conversation? He's better than Favre, and people have him way up that list.

      Rodgers benefited from a foundation Favre already helped put in place. Favre had to build it from the ground up. That alone gives Favre the edge over Rodgers imo. However, Im taking Starr over both of them without hesitation.

    Thanks for the great interview with Gutey. However, Aaron, you should have asked Brian to admit he picked Oladapo because he knew Kitan was one of your draft crushes. You could have had some fun with that. Also, your discussion of Packers who "are in the conversation" reminds me of how ridiculous it was when Pete Daugherty said Bart Starr was not one of the 10 greatest Packers. That still bugs me.

  • @joeo4496
    @joeo4496 2 місяці тому

    There are 6 guys in the conversation for best Packer ever:
    Bart Starr
    Brett Favre
    Aaron Rodgers
    Don Hutson
    Ray Nitschke
    Reggie White

      My first jersey ever that I picked( born in 90) was a Reggie white, but he didn't play for the team long enough to be greatest packers. I do however have sterling on my short list as a "what if" option.

    It's not bigotry and hate to say homosexuality is a sin. 🙄

    • @chenzomutumbo9140
      @chenzomutumbo9140 2 місяці тому +1

      It depends on the context, if you are saying according to your religion it is a sin, it's not bigoted.
      However, if you are for giving gay people less rights or excluding them from a position that they are qualified for due to your interpretation of sin.... yes, that is bigotry, text book bigotry actually.
      I am not ascribing any belief to you, in just making the distinction because I agree depending on context
