  • This video describes the MyMagic+ program in Disneyworld. It is a story about a new style customer experience where the online and the offline world become one.
    Because of online possibilities, customer service and customer experience is changing fast. The online and offline world are blurring. In this short video, I share my experience with the Disney world My Magic+ system. It is a system where customer get a smart bracelet. This Magicband allows people to open up their hotel rooms, it gives you access to the parks and it helps you to get on rides. In the entire park, there is free wifi. With the Disneyworld app, customer can make ride reservations or look at their full plan of the day. The magic band is also the payment system in the park. Check out the video to hear my experiences with this payment system. I can tell you one thing: it works.
    This story is a story about a new style customer experience which I really love. I have to admit, I am a bit biased as a big Disney fan.
