Great gloves. Brought these specificity for sparring not for general use. I actually brought the fly Velcro synthetic ones first but sent them back as I didn’t like the feel round wrists. These fit and feel perfect, I also brought the XRT- Phenom bag gloves too which I also love
Got these in 16oz Velcro a while back and am pretty happy with them. They have a great padding, but not too much where it compromises any feedback. It isn't too pillowy and you can still get that pop. Only complaint I have is after ~3 months of heavy use is I can feel the liner bunching up at the end of the finger compartments.
Hey, I’ve been watching a lot of your gear reviews and love your format. You pointed something interesting in your video about the market being saturated in the 150/200$ range in terms of gloves and it made me think, could you do a video, based on your experience, on what gloves to buy, in each price range ? For those in the market for new gloves ! 😁
I just got these and sparred 12 rounds today (16oz in green). They are pretty phenomenal. A bit tight (much tighter than my Reyes' out of the box) and stiff when trying to open my hand, so will need some breaking in. Great wrist support so far and helps put my hand in good positioning. The finger compartment is strange in that my pinky finger on both gloves feels like they are in their own groove rather than in the same area as the rest of my fingers, but this isn't uncomfortable. When weighing them, one came in at 16.2oz and the other at 16.3oz. Carlo, I appreciate your reviews. You are definitely one of my go-to person's on UA-cam and I also got the Title Bomber headgear after watching your video.
I bought the 200 cheaper version...Really liked this version but didn't want these flagship version because I just didn't want to look flashy in the gym...Beautiful gloves and a great review...Many thanks...
I just ordered the SG-210S Sparring Gloves White / 16oz. I’ll see how they are. I’ll most likely get them in 2 to 3 weeks . Although it says I should receive them in one to two weeks.
I like them. The simplicity is definitely a positive for me. Any update on your preferred headgear since the one you recommend is no longer sold? Keep those videos coming man 🥊
6:50 go with lace up for sparring rather than Velcro. 🤔? I usually like Velcro much better. What makes you suggest the lace up compared to Velcro gloves.
Hey bro. Been watching your videos like crazy and love all your content. I’ve bought a few things from your recommendation. Would really like to know if you would pick the Phenom sg-210 or Hayabusa T3 LX leather or Hit N Move all day pro? I want some wrist support and do mostly bag/mitt work with occasional sparring. Great work love your channel!
Halō Carlo, How do these compare to the Bravose Titan Grip gloves that you reviewed? Thank you for all of your videos they are packed with so much great information 👍🏽.
Hey I know this is impossible to answer without knowing me but with black Friday coming up I'm looking for another glove to add to the rotation so my current gloves can air out. I'm looking specifically for sparring. I've never had wrist or fist issues only an occasional thumb jam if I don't fully turn my hook over. I'm looking at around a 200 dollar budget and currently own HNM all day balance. What do you think a guy who has bigger hands and an offensive style should go between these, fly super loop, and the MK1 select?
Great review brother! Looking at getting these or the Win 1s in 14oz. I throw really heavy so looking for a glove that has great protection in that lighter size. Whats your recommendation?
Which one did you like better nectar? The 14s or 16s? How’s the padding in the knuckles on both and the size? Thinking about going a little lower on size for something different
@@Oldboatnectar thats a top notch reply right there. Helps me swing my decision without getting buyers remorse haha. Really appreciate it my man. Think these 14s can take heavy shots?
@@larrym2969 Yeah no problem. I don't know your size but for me (75kg - 165lbs) wailing away on the heavy bag is no problem. At 16oz they feel a touch top heavy. more balanced at 14.
There is another reviewer on youtube called vasyl boxing who compared these gloves with winning and said they are pretty much identical. Would you agree with that? If theres anyone who's tried both, whats your opinion?
Much better feedback than the win1 i gave away my win 1 because they felt more like a thud than a pop on the bag and in sparring. Leather feels about the same, the phenoms are way more comfortable in my opinion and the hand compartment takes less time to break in
I prefer my mk1s but that might be bc there 12 is and my speed tilts are 14 and I have small hand so the speed tilts I have a lot of room in the speed tilts even with wraps so I don’t feel I get the full effect of the “tilt technology”
Hey bro I'm sorry I'm writing you on this video...but I had a question...what do you think is think is the best full face protection headgear? I was thinking about getting the Everlast C3 full face protection headgear but I will trust your word on what you think is best. If you can help me out I would greatly appreciate man. Thank you.

Wow, great 👍🏼 ! I love boxing 🥊 gloves in Velcro!
Time to do a top ten of 2022!
John at box up nation wears these to train in which says a lot about these gloves considering he can wear any other brand he wants
I have 16 oz in black. Love them.
Nice

I think the ringside apex is the same headgear as the ultralight. Just different color
Thanks man
6:50 go with lace up for sparring rather than Velcro. 🤔? I usually like Velcro much better. What makes you suggest the lace up compared to Velcro gloves.
Because velcro comes loose and scratches your sparring partners face up with burns and abrasions
@@wingoreviewsboxingandmma3667 I’ve had that with some Velcro. Newer Velcro I use doesn’t give me that problem anymore.
Really Great Glove🔥🔥🔥
💯

I’d go phenom
Halō Carlo,
How do these compare to the Bravose Titan Grip gloves that you reviewed?
Thank you for all of your videos they are packed with so much great information 👍🏽.
These are better than bravose
Phenom or mk1 has more compact profile? And better for sparring
SG-202S or SG-210S? Thought you said you like the SG-202S more. Any reason why?
Have you got an answer to that question
He prefers the SG202S
The gloves are nice but I would like you to do a review of the box grant gloves
Huh?
Is this exactly the same glove you reviewed 6 months ago in lace ups? Great review btw, been considering a pair of Phenom for a while
Yes and thanks
170.00 GBP. 🤔? Comes out to how much for USD? Then shipping and handling.
Which glove feels better winning or phenom

Can you do a video/compare the usa amateur approved head gear such as ringside, cleto reyes, sting, and fighting open face headgear?
I’ll try
Which is better for sparring Sabas SuperSoft of these?
These
These or hit n move agility?
Hey there, which is longer down the arm out of these vs the fly superlace x? Also which has softer padding? Thanks great video.

@@csquaredboxing thanks for the quick response man! Have a great day!!
Nice 😊 I ended up buying sangria 14s and blue 16s in lace up. Did you find the 14s more firm out of the box?
Oh nice and about same firmness
Which one did you like better nectar? The 14s or 16s? How’s the padding in the knuckles on both and the size? Thinking about going a little lower on size for something different
@@larrym2969 relatively same protection, 14 feels a bit stiffer but maybe just because it's more compact.

What are better overall gloves the venum elite or everlast powerlock 2.0
Powerlock

No, these are longer, padding a little firmer, liner is different, profile is different

How would you compare the fit to the rival rs100
Hi Carlo, what is your preferation between sg210 laces and Fly X Laces ? Thank you
Sg210
Adidas Tilt 350 is cheaper and offers alot more for the money than the Phenom SG-210
👍🏼🥊

It'd be a lot better to compare if you could just make a video ranking each boxing gloves according to their scores.
